Electrician / Painter | Caretaker (m/f/d)

Job description:

Your responsibilities:

• Performing maintenance work in accordance with labor and safety regulations
• Supervising building technology and electronics
• Inspecting all systems, including pools, ventilation, heating, TV systems, etc.
• Managing technical and organizational aspects
• Overseeing repair and maintenance tasks conducted by external companies
• Providing suggestions for enhancing work processes within the area
• Facilitating communication and coordination among various departments using the hotelkit operations platform.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training as an electrician, electrical engineer, mechatronics engineer, painter or a similar field; prior work experience is advantageous
• Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in a comparable role • Passion for the job and strong dedication
• Willingness to pursue further training opportunities
• Flexibility and ability to handle pressure • Reliability & sense of accountability
• Ability to work independently
• Meticulous working methods with a high level of quality consciousness
• Friendly demeanor & warmth
• Neat and well-groomed appearance
