On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 11.00 am. Subject to availability, you may extend your stay until 6.00 pm. A charge of 40 euros per person applies for late check-out.
Your room will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. If you are arriving after 7 pm, please let us know in advance. If you wish to check in between 9 am and 1 pm, we charge 40 euros per person.

Transparency and trust are core values for us at …liebes Rot-Flüh. To ensure that you, as a guest, are always aware of the legal framework governing your booking, your stay and any potential cancellations, we have made our General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) available here.
These GTC govern the mutual rights and obligations between the guest and the hotel – for example, regarding booking conditions, cancellation periods, liability provisions and payment terms.
They form the legal basis for every reservation at …liebes Rot-Flüh. Please take a moment to read the terms and conditions carefully. In this way, we can ensure together that your stay is legally clear, fair and worry-free.
General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006)
You are welcome to settle your hotel bill on the evening before your departure. Partial payments are also possible at any time. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Naturally, we also accept payments in cash or by debit card.

Dogs are permitted in certain rooms on request. We charge 26 euros per stay per pet (excluding food). Please note that your four-legged friend is not permitted in the restaurants (except Via Mala), the bars (except Montanara-Halle), the sunbathing lawn or the wellness and spa area.
Families are particularly important to us in our family-run business:
nothing is as precious as time spent with our loved ones. That’s why children are warmly welcomed at …liebes Rot-Flüh and are always in the best of hands at our family-run hotel. We offer a varied programme of sports and fun activities for children aged 3 and over, such as pony rides at the riding centre next to the hotel, face painting (guaranteed fun), treasure hunts and much more, as per the Miniclub’s weekly programmeChildren and young people under the age of 16 are not permitted to enter the sauna area unaccompanied and may only use the pool under supervision.
Your booking is considered …binding as soon as you receive the booking confirmation from us.

For selected dates, which are marked in the booking form, the following rules apply:
You may cancel or rebook free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date;
during the final week, in the event of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the accommodation costs will be charged.Otherwise, the following rules apply:
70% of the accommodation costs from 30 days to 7 days before arrival;
100% of the accommodation costs during the final week, in the event of a no-show or early departure.A one-off rebooking is possible up to 14 days before arrival (rebooking fee €150)
If you book our hotel’s own cancellation cover when making your room reservation, this protects you in the event of illness and also applies to children and spouses or partners, in the event of an accident before or during your journey, in the event of a death within the immediate family, or in cases of force majeure. You must book our cancellation cover at the time of your room reservation for €7 per person per night; for children up to 15 years of age, €5 per person per night! Cancellation cover cannot be combined with ‘non-cancellable rates’!
