Our cancellation cover for you!

Have you just booked a holiday with us at ...liebes Rot-Flüh, or are you in the process of doing so? Thank you very much! We’re delighted for you. However, your anticipation may be cut short by an unexpected event. In that case, you won’t be able to go on your trip and will have to cancel. Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of your trip. After that, in the event of cancellation, we must charge you cancellation fees in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract Regulations. These amount to up to 100 per cent of the booked accommodation and package costs. For this reason, we offer you particularly affordable travel cancellation cover and recommend that you take advantage of it.
 

You may cancel or rebook free of charge up to 30 days before the day of arrival; between 30 and 7 days before arrival,
70 per cent of the accommodation costs will be charged; and in the final week, in the event of a no-show or early departure, 100 per cent of the accommodation costs will be charged.
A one-off rebooking is possible up to 14 days before arrival (rebooking fee: EUR 150)
 
When does the cancellation cover apply?
1. The insured person’s inability to travel for medical reasons (medical certificate required)
2. Death, serious accident or unexpected serious illness of the guest who made the booking, their spouse or partner, or any first-degree relatives (parents, children, etc.)
3. Loss of employment through no fault of their own as a result of dismissal by the employer

When can you take out cancellation cover?
Cancellation cover must be taken out at the same time as the booking confirmation is returned.

How long does the cancellation cover last?
Cancellation cover begins when the booking confirmation is returned and ends on the day of departure.

What does the cancellation cover include?
Coverage of all costs which the guest is contractually liable to pay to the hotelier at the time the event occurs (in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract Provisions).

How much does it cost and how is payment made?
The cost is EUR 6 per adult per booked day and EUR 4 per child up to the age of 15. Upon taking out cancellation cover, we will automatically add the cost to your accommodation bill.
