Three restaurants, a breakfast room, a bar. That’s everyday life at …liebes Rot-Flüh, and behind every moment is a team that ensures guests are well looked after from their first morning right through to their last evening. In the kitchen, the taste buds are challenged in three different ways: La Cascata nobilé, Via Mala and Grotto Vale Pino are three restaurants, each with its own distinct character. On the front-of-house side, the day begins in the “Leonardo da Vinci” breakfast room and ends in the “2108” Bar & Lounge. At reception, a young team welcomes guests with the hotel’s characteristic warmth. Bookings and sales are handled in separate offices, away from reception.
