His creative vein and his love of ancient traditions provide you with culinary delights of "past times"! The show-kitchen in the village centre is a renowned meeting point where you can peep over Mr. Werfel's shoulders. He will be pleased to provide you with tips and tricks to refine simple dishes and to make tasty dishes even tastier.
Our certified sommelier Sabine Weisenhorn will be at your disposal for wine tasting sessions in the Via Mala winebar. (according to weekly programme or advance reservation)
