The energy of the geothermal sea water can be found in our high-quality products. The products are enriched with the unique, natural complexes of the Blue Lagoon's active agents. Blue Lagoon Silica: The basic active agent of the Blue Lagoon. Silicium molecules in combination with water turn into a soluble, gel-like silica which is the reason for the development of the white silica mud. Silica plays an important role with regard to skin vitality. The latest study results from the Blue Lagoon prove the positive, energising effects.
Blue Lagoon minerals: The geothermal sea water of the Blue Lagoon is a special mix of sea water, fresh water and a unique combination of pure minerals originating from deep inside the earth. Clinical studies confirm the positive influence of these natural minerals on the balance of the skin and the wellbeing.
Blue Lagoon seaweeds: The seaweeds require the high temperature and the salt content of the geothermal Blue Lagoon salt water and therefore only grow in the extreme surroundings of the Blue Lagoon.
